Welcome to the Family, Please provide your details below so that we can get you set up on or systems, and get your trees and contract sent to you promptly.
How it Works

Purchase your Lalbenque Farms Truffle Box

Enter your details online include your Unique ID

You will receive your Gowers Contract via Email

Sign the Contract and send back to accounts@lalbenquefarms.com

Once we have the signed contract, you will receive an onboard email

which includes your How to Guide, Harvest Support and Support ID

Your inoculated Tree, Soil Tester will be delivered within 30 days from your Onboarding Date

It take 3 to 4 years before your Truffle Tree produces Fruit

Our Support Team will contact you in July/August each year to confirm Growth and Next Steps, We will then arrange to send you a Harvest Truffle Box. With Harvesting Instructions.

Harvesting is normally from November through to the end of February each year.

Once you have Harvest your Truffles, wash them and place them in the box, Lalbenque Farms will arrange collection.

Your Truffle will then be graded, and a buy price will be set, you will receive a Buy Offer from Lalbenque Farms.

This is an automated email with an accept or reject option.

If you accept the offer, the purchase price less the Lalbenque Farms Brokerage Fee will be paid to your account, within 7 days

If you reject the offer, the Truffle Box will be returned to you.
